The appearance is pale pink, with a copper hue.
There are inviting floral aromas of pink rose and pink rhododendron with fruit notes of wild strawberry. Pink musk tones are accompanied by some fresh green herb notes of coriander alongside baked fennel-seed biscuits.
The palate shows fruit notes of watermelon and pomegranate which meld into hazelnuts and cream. The finish is mouthwatering with blood orange and passionfruit pith. This wine shows a nice balance of sweetness, texture and acidity which all play a role in creating a wine which takes the taster on a journey through each sensation, and then back again.

An interesting growing season, with typically above average temperatures coupled with good winter and early spring soil moisture meant vine growth was quite rapid. Leading into the second half of spring and summer the rain really became few and far between, making for quite a dry finish to the season. It was fortunate the vines grew well in the early parts of the season, which set them up for success. Overall it was a good harvest, albeit warm and early.
This Rosé is grown on the D’Aloisio vineyard in Seville (220m asl). The grape used is Syrah which was handpicked at moderate ripeness, perfect for rosé. Once in the winery, the grapes were whole-bunch pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and elegance. As a small change in 2025, the wine was left with 5g/L of residual sugar to add a lick of roundness to the wine.
