This Gris is full of flavour without feeling heavy. It smells like grilled peach and smoked honey with a savoury edge. On the palate it’s medium-bodied, bright, and has that clean acidity that keeps you going back for another sip.

A Wholebunch fermented Pinot Gris which was grown on soils of sedimentary origin consisting of sand, silt, clay and minor gravel. The handpicked grapes were fermented as wholebunches for one week and pressed once the aromas of Pinot Gris were popping around 7 days. After pressing the wine was left in barrel on lees for malolactic conversion and bottling in September.


Aromas of red berry fruits, toffee apple and marzipan, with chocolate cake. Woody stem notes show with caperberry and maraschino cherry. The palate is soft and pillowy with juicy red fruits, marzipan, gamy notes with some flinty funkyness to round it all out.
